You get a thorough cutting and assembly PDF plus a link to the video assembly instructions for three different sizes of pochade, from 6×8inches to 9×11 inches and larger. Includes instructions to add an optional tripod mount.

Thin and lightweight, this pochade travels easily and can be for plein air painting or on a tabletop for an easy to pack up studio-in-a-bag.

You will want to make them in multiple sizes for different media and purposes!

Required materials: 2×2 ft piece of ¼ inch plywood (or less, depending on your box size- you can make two small boxes from this much plywood)

one metal or two plastic torsion/torque hinges (Amazon)

quick dry wood glue

glass from a cheap picture frame (for palette) this will determine your finished box size

Tools:

You will need a table saw (or a friend with one!) to cut the initial pieces of ¼ inch plywood that are then glued together. 

The hinges are attached with a power drill or screwdriver.
