On Smooth Island there is very little to get in the way of a beautiful big sky. It’s located in Georgian Bay’s 30,000 Islands. Typical of the iconic Georgian Bay landscape of scrub, incredible rock formations and windswept pines, Smooth Island is one of my favourite places to paint.
